Frequently Asked Questions

As You Arrive:

Our winding driveway will take you up to the parking area. One of the first things you will see on the side of our church building is a parking spot reserved for visitors. Please use it. We love to see it filled!

Finding Your Place:

When you walk in you will be welcomed by one of our wonderful greeters. It is “open seating”, so simply take a seat anywhere you’d like. Don’t be surprised if a few people stop to introduce themselves or give you a visitor card, but we won’t point you out. Filling out the card is optional, but we’d love to have a record of your visit. You won’t end up on a mailing list or anything. Once it is filled-out, you can leave it on your seat or put it into the offering box in back.

Financial Details:

And speaking of the offering…, yes, it is true that we are
supported by those who regularly attend and consider us
their church home. But when it comes to our guests, a
guest is a guest! We are simply glad to meet you, and
there are no expectations. So, no pressure.

What Happens and When:

Our worship time starts right at 9:30 a.m. This will include a welcome, prayer and Bible reading, an announcement or two, group singing (also optional), and a message from the Bible. Normally, everything takes about an
hour.
Our Connect Class starts at 10:45 a.m. This more casual time of prayer requests, teaching and discussion is a great time to get answers to questions. Normally, this gathering lasts about 45 minutes. (About once a month, we gather after this class and enjoy lunch together. Visitors are invited, of course!)

For Your Little Ones:

We provide nursery care for children two and younger.  It is a good idea to arrive early if you will be using the nursery.  We ask that you would bring your children to the nursery and pick them up after the service. If nursery workers have a question or your child needs you, a nursery assistant will get you from the service.

Face The Music:

You can expect music of a more traditional and conservative
style. This means you will hear a combination of time-honored
hymns mixed with new Gospel songs and choruses.
There is an emphasis on selections containing a Biblically
faithful message along with an easy-to-sing format— all delivered
at a comfortable volume (imagine a smiley face emoji
right here). Our instruments are currently piano and guitar,
but we would love to add a few more.

Hear The Word:

The proclamation of God’s Word is always the main focus and
centerpiece of our Worship Service. If you don’t have a Bible,
we can give you one. You can expect every message to be
saturated with Scripture and application. Come learn and
grow with us!
